Give employers tax incentives to hire non-graduates, say experts

Industry experts have called for the Government to give tax breaks to employers designed to encourage them to hire young non-graduates. A spokesperson for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) said that many graduates are filling non-graduate jobs, which is making it harder for non-graduates to find employment.
