Internet Service Providers (ISPs) should guarantee Internet provision with a minimum speed of 8Mb/s, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has recommended. The call comes after the FSB conducted a survey of small firms, which shows that six in ten business owners are unhappy with their current broadband speeds. A further 30% of respondents said their broadband connection is unreliable.
